    Disappointing Experience at This Restaurant

    I don’t typically write reviews, but this place genuinely frustrated me. The value for what you pay is just not there. The seafood rice sounded appealing, but what I received was mostly rice with hardly any seafood, which was really disappointing. The drink prices were outrageous too. 1000 for a small Sprite? That’s just absurd. It felt like we were being unfairly charged. Additionally, the whole experience felt more like self-service. We had to fetch things ourselves instead of enjoying proper service, which really undermines the purpose of dining out. To top it off, they added a service charge on everything. Overall, I left feeling more annoyed than satisfied.

    Disappointing meal and service

    I went in hoping for a decent meal, but my experience was quite disappointing. The seafood rice was really lackluster — it barely had any seafood, mostly just plain rice with minimal flavor. It didn’t live up to what was promised and certainly wasn’t worth the price. Overall, the prices are far too high. Charging 1000 for a small Sprite is just absurd and feels like a rip-off. The service left much to be desired as well. The staff didn’t appear to be interested in assisting us, and we had to fetch several items ourselves, including basic things like chili paste and even drinks. It didn’t feel like we were receiving proper restaurant service at all. What was particularly baffling was the extra service charge of 850, especially given the lack of real service. Overall, this is not a place I’d return to. The quality, pricing, and service all need significant improvement.

    Awful Service and Overpriced Food

    What a terrible experience! The service was the most frustrating aspect. From the moment we were seated, the staff appeared disinterested and unhelpful. We received our plates and food, but had to fetch everything else ourselves, including chili paste and drinks. Yet, they still charged us a service fee of 850, which is baffling. Additionally, the prices are exorbitant for what you receive. Paying 1000 for a mere 300ml Sprite is simply unreasonable and feels like a blatant overcharge. Regarding the food, the seafood rice was quite disappointing; it had hardly any seafood and tasted like cheap, bland rice. It certainly wasn't worth the price. In summary, this place offers poor service, overpriced menu items, and subpar food. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

    Disappointing experience with poor service

    I was really let down by my recent visit to this restaurant. From the moment we arrived, the customer service was dreadful. The staff were lounging with their legs on the counter, showing a lack of professionalism. We ordered the spaghetti bolognese, but it was nothing like what we’d had before. Previously, it came with a decent portion, cheese, and tasted wonderful. This time, we received just a small plate of plain noodles with barely any sauce. The quality and flavor were disappointing, and when we raised our concerns, they responded with, 'if you can’t eat it, then leave.' The prices are way too high for such small portions and subpar food. To add insult to injury, the main female staff member was wearing a night dress and was rude throughout our meal. We had enjoyed this restaurant in the past, which makes this experience even more frustrating. Unfortunately, due to the poor food quality, inflated prices, and awful service, we won't be coming back.

    Disappointing and overpriced experience

    From beginning to end, it was a dreadful experience. The quality of the food was shockingly bad — we ordered seafood rice, but it had hardly any seafood in it. It was predominantly low-grade rice that lacked flavor, and certainly not worth the price they charge. The pricing is absurd. They charged 1000 for a small 300ml Sprite, which is easily three times the regular price. It honestly felt like a scam. To make matters worse, the service was appalling. The staff were rude, inattentive, and didn’t provide even the most basic service. We only received plates and our food — everything else, including chili paste and our drinks, we had to fetch ourselves. On top of that, they tacked on a service charge of 850. For what service exactly? We were essentially doing everything ourselves. In summary, this place is overpriced, poorly run, and not worth a visit at all. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.
