Disappointing Experience at Negombo Outlet
Barista is my favorite coffee shop in Sri Lanka, which made my experience at the Negombo location today quite disappointing. Sadly, there were a lot of flies buzzing around the place 😳😢, and my cheesecake ended up melting due to a lengthy power outage 🥲. I hope you view this feedback as a chance to improve rather than penalize the staff, who were friendly and helpful. Given that you offer many cake items that need proper refrigeration, perhaps this is a good time to consider a reliable backup power solution or even solar energy for long outages. This would help maintain product quality and prevent issues like this in the future. Thank you 😊
