Clean and Friendly Place

This is a really lovely spot. The rooms are spotless, and the host is exceptionally friendly. I highly recommend it. I've stayed here twice and have no complaints at all. I would rate it a perfect 10/10.

Disappointing Stay with Poor Service

I’m really puzzled by how some people rated this place a perfect 10/10. We needed a last-minute room for the night and reached out to them to see if we could order food. They assured us we could and confirmed parking was available as well. Since we were nearly there, we didn’t bother to ask about check-in times, knowing it wasn’t a luxury hotel. Upon arriving, we were instructed to park outside, and when we requested a menu, they told us to just ask for anything – not exactly helpful. After that, we went to room No 06 and turned on the AC, which automatically set to 26°C. We waited for it to cool down, but nothing changed. Despite informing them multiple times, we received no real solution. Eventually, we couldn’t take the heat anymore and politely requested a refund. That’s when their attitude shifted dramatically, as they yelled at us about their years in business and only refunded us a quarter of what we paid, refusing to take responsibility. We left feeling extremely let down by their service. If a business claims to provide certain amenities, they should follow through. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone, even in an emergency!

Great Beachfront Relaxation

I really enjoyed my time at Ashford Beach Hotel in Polhena. The rooms were tidy and cozy, the staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, and the location right by the beach was breathtaking. It's an ideal spot for unwinding and taking in the ocean's beauty. I highly recommend it!
