Unsatisfactory Consultation Experience
I had a really disappointing encounter with this doctor. I went to him about my knee swelling, and after ordering some tests, he just told me to rest when the results came back normal. There was no adequate explanation regarding what might be causing the swelling, nor did he discuss any potential root causes or provide guidance on what to do next. I found myself asking numerous questions, but I still didn’t get clear or detailed responses. He also failed to suggest that I see an orthopedic specialist, which I now have to arrange on my own to get to the bottom of the issue. The consultation was incredibly rushed, lasting under 5 minutes. Considering I paid for this consultation, I expected the doctor to thoroughly explain my condition and take some responsibility in guiding me as a patient. Ultimately, it felt like a waste of both time and money.
