Caution: the reception service is quite slow, there’s a lack of hospitality, and penalties seem arbitrary. My time at Araliya Green Hills turned out to be one of the most exasperating hotel experiences I've had.

This is the best hotel I've experienced so far. From the warm welcome to the end of our stay, the service was outstanding. The food was exceptional—dinner, breakfast, and lunch were all delicious. Every staff member was friendly, especially Bhagya. We truly hope to return soon. ❤️
