Great bakery, but poor service
Awzm bakery offers high-quality baked goods. Their breads are excellent, especially the beehive margarine items, and the bunns and pasties are perfect. It's located in the Jaffna town area near the Nallur Temple.

Terrible Service and Cleanliness Issues
The customer service here is the worst, especially from the staff in the back. They don't seem to know how to interact with customers at all. Additionally, I observed that the kitchen area was not clean, and bakery items were stored on the floor.

Delicious bread with irresistible aroma
This place is fantastic. The bread smells amazing as you cross the street, and it really is some of the best bread in the world. Nowadays, there's often a line of people waiting to get their hands on it 🍞.

Consistently Great Bread and Cakes
The bread here is consistently excellent and always fresh. Their cakes are also consistently good. The staff at this place are friendly and polite every time I visit. Whenever I'm in town, I make sure to pick up some bread and other items, and they never disappoint. Make sure to add this spot to your bucket list. Always a great experience. Cheers!
