    Frustrating Visit to the Clinic

    My sister went to this clinic on 15/08/2023, and sadly, it was a very disappointing experience. The receptionist and management appeared to lack both efficiency and professionalism. We had to wait a long time, and it was clear that some people with connections were given priority while others were left waiting. When we tried to bring up our concerns with the person in charge, she completely ignored us and even pretended to take a phone call to avoid talking. It’s really disheartening to face such dismissive behavior when you’re in need of medical help. Although I can’t comment on the doctor's skills, the overall management and service were lacking. Please request a call in the reply for any further inquiries.

    Frustrating experience with poor service

    I was really let down by the whole experience. We had to wait an excessively long time, and the doctor kept leaving without any explanation. It felt like our time didn’t matter at all. There was a lack of proper communication and no concern for the patients who had been waiting. This is definitely not the level of professionalism or care you'd expect from a medical professional.

    Extremely unprofessional doctor experience

    This was one of my most frustrating experiences with a doctor. We waited a long time, and he vanished twice without any explanation. There were no updates or apologies, just us left in the dark about what was happening. It was evident he had no regard for our time or concern for his patients. His behavior was completely unprofessional and careless. I would never suggest this doctor to anyone.
