Beware of This Tuition Scam
🛑 SCAM ALERT! Don’t be misled by the Gateway name. This establishment is a complete fraud. They charged an outrageous registration fee of Rs. 12,500/- and delivered nothing in return. They vanished with our money from their 5th Lane branch after just a few months, leaving my daughter without classes right before her exams. I tried reaching out via phone and email, but no one takes responsibility, and it seems there’s no management present either. This tuition operation is run by a handful of coordinators who clearly lack coordination skills. The ICT teacher is more focused on her phone calls to who knows who and barely puts in 30 minutes of work during the 2-hour paid session. There’s no one available to file a complaint with. If you want to complain, you have to do so to the very person you're complaining about. It’s utterly ridiculous. It feels like a chaotic circus where staff and teachers do whatever they want. They enroll students under the pretense of following one syllabus but switch to another once you’re registered. This is a first-class scam. Many of us have faced issues here. I honestly can’t say anything positive about this place. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this greedy, ruthless tuition shop to anyone. 🤬 🚨🚨🚨SCAM AND FRAUD AT ITS BEST!
