Poor experience with a doctor
There’s a female doctor in the OPD who I found to be the worst. She doesn’t know how to communicate with patients, which left me with a negative impression. Her qualities are quite poor. I witnessed her treating another patient in a similar manner. It seems like she has no regard for mental health, as she simply dismisses patients. A doctor should speak kindly and respectfully to patients, but it feels like she only has her degree without any real compassion. Other doctors are good, but a few, like her, are detrimental to patient care. The staff at the registration desk also struggle to communicate with patients. On the bright side, the nursing officers there are kind. For a patient, it’s disheartening when neither the doctor nor the nurse shows understanding. Patients should receive advice gently, and it's essential for health workers to listen and communicate kindly.
