Frustrating service experience with AAT

I am very let down by the service from AAT. I requested a duplicate result sheet and transcript over 20 days ago. The website states that the processing time is 5 working days, yet I have yet to receive my documents or any substantial update. During this period, I've made 5 phone calls and sent 4 reminder emails. Each time I reach out to customer support, I get the same reply: "We will check and call us again after two days." Unfortunately, nothing changes, and no one gives a clear explanation or timeline. I really hope AAT can enhance its customer service, provide accurate updates, and handle urgent requests in the timeframe it claims.
