Best Private Tutors in Kandy

Frequently asked

How do I choose a private tutor in Kandy?

Start with the tutors listed here (3 in Kandy), read what parents and students wrote about explanations, punctuality and feedback, and ask for a trial lesson before committing to a term. Confirm the syllabus (local, Edexcel or Cambridge), the medium of instruction and the class size up front.

What does a private tutor teach?

Private Tutors typically cover school subjects and private tuition across grades. Many Sri Lankan tutors teach more than one grade or stream, so the profile and reviews show what each one actually offers.

Are these tutors verified?

Review Guru lists tutors as they appear on Google Maps and shows the subjects their own listing states. Qualifications and exam results are not verified by us, so ask the tutor directly. Reviews here are about the learning experience, not a promise of grades.

Do private tutors in Kandy teach online as well?

Many do. The Kandy listing is where the physical class is held; a tutor here may also run online sessions, so ask when you enquire.
