    Exceptional Service at Radisson Kandy

    I had a fantastic stay at the Radisson Hotel Kandy, and the standout aspect was the remarkable service from the Food & Beverage team. The staff were always warm, attentive, and professional, which made each dining experience truly delightful. I want to particularly commend Ms. Himali Samarasinghe for her exceptional service. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was just right, always serving with a sincere smile and keen attention to detail. Her commitment and positive demeanor left a lasting impact on us. A big thank you to the whole F&B team, especially Ms. Himali, for making our stay so unforgettable. I highly recommend Radisson Kandy to anyone seeking excellent hospitality and top-notch service.

    Comfortable stay at Radisson Kandy

    This Radisson hotel offers pleasant service and is certainly a solid choice, even though it could benefit from some updates. We were fortunate enough to be upgraded to a suite, providing us with ample space. The rooftop area is a highlight, offering stunning views. The gym is equipped with good machines for an effective workout. Plus, the hotel is perfectly situated; it's just a 1.4-kilometer walk along the lake to the city center. While the traffic can be challenging, drivers are generally respectful of pedestrians. Overall, a lovely hotel experience in Kandy.

    Great stay with exceptional service

    During my first trip to Sri Lanka, my experience at the Radisson Hotel in Kandy was a fantastic introduction to the country's warm hospitality. The room was modern and comfortable, well-furnished with amenities that generally worked well, contributing to a pleasant stay. The breathtaking view of Kandy Lake and the surrounding hills was truly memorable. I want to give special praise to Mr. Indika, the hotel manager, for his remarkable professionalism and kindness. We encountered a problem accessing our room due to a malfunctioning locking system, which could have been quite stressful. However, Mr. Indika intervened personally, resolving the issue efficiently. He remained calm, reassuring, and incredibly kind, ensuring we felt well taken care of. His experience and commitment were clearly evident, and we are sincerely thankful for his support and hospitality. Overall, the staff were warm and friendly, always willing to assist with a smile. Breakfast was excellent, featuring a wide range of delicious options, and we appreciated the choice of indoor or outdoor seating. The hotel's location is also convenient, being close to many key attractions, making it perfect for first-time visitors to Kandy. In summary, Radisson Hotel @ Kandy offered comfort, stunning views, and outstanding service. Thanks to Mr. Indika, our stay became a genuinely positive and unforgettable experience, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Sri Lanka for the first time.

    Outstanding Service at the Hotel

    Lorace, the staff member in charge of our room, was incredibly helpful. We are in room 304 and realized we forgot our eating utensils, but he quickly brought us some. He also provided extra water, which saved me a trip into town to buy it. This hotel definitely offers top-notch service!

    Great stay with beautiful views

    I had a fantastic stay at this hotel, and while there's a lot to mention, I'll keep it concise. First off, the location does involve a bit of walking if you're not taking a tuk-tuk, but honestly, I enjoyed the exercise. My room overlooked Kandy lake, offering beautiful and stunning views. The rooms themselves were also very clean and visually appealing. Next, I found the staff to be friendly and professional, which I truly appreciated. They were very helpful and respectful, which made a difference during my stay. The food was good too, which is worth noting. They also assisted me with my itinerary, and I genuinely needed that help. Overall, I had a great experience and would recommend this place to anyone planning a trip to Kandy.

    Wonderful stay at Radisson Kandy

    Last December, I stayed at the Radisson Hotel Kandy with my family, and it was truly a memorable experience. The rooms were nice, the service was excellent, and the food was delicious, especially the buffet arrangements! What stood out the most was the hospitality from the staff.
