Overall Disappointment

Overall, it was a disappointing experience. The food lacked flavor, the drinks were outrageously priced, and the service was rather mediocre. Sadly, we won't be coming back.

Delicious food with a great view

I visited this restaurant solo one evening. It's located right by the beach, where you can see plenty of adorable hermit crabs. Although the food is somewhat expensive, it turned out to be much tastier than I anticipated, and the portions are quite generous. The atmosphere is truly fantastic.

Fantastic service and views

Rumesh provided excellent service! He was attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable. The views are stunning and the atmosphere is peaceful. I lingered after my meal for another glass of wine just to soak in the waves and the surroundings.

Perfect sunset dinner at Diana Beach

I enjoyed the sunset at Diana Beach Restaurant in Polhena, and I have to say, the grilled snapper was fantastic. With sand beneath my feet, crab curry on the table, and the ocean just 2 meters away, it made for an ideal post-snorkeling meal. At LKR 3,000 per person, it was definitely worth it just for the view. I’d rate it 10/10 and will return for sunset and garlic prawns.

We enjoyed two wonderful dinners at Diana Beach Restaurant. The service was both friendly and prompt. The drink menu features some creative options. Excellent service and ambiance

The service was prompt and very attentive. The environment is lovely and tranquil. The music created a nice atmosphere for enjoying drinks or dinner. Our meal met all our expectations: it was fresh, uncomplicated, and tasty.
