I stayed here with friends, and it really felt like a home away from home. The rooms are available at a reasonable price, and it's just a short walk from the famous Kallady Bridge. I would recommend it to all types of travelers.

Every time I come to this place, it feels like I’m in a jungle village. They’ve done a fantastic job with the resort; the staff are very friendly, and the entire area is filled with greenery. It’s beautifully decorated and a peaceful spot to unwind. Kids will definitely have a great time at this nature resort.

Beni Beach Resort is excellent, offering free WiFi and complimentary private parking on the premises. Additionally, there’s a shared kitchen available for guests.

My friend and I had the worst experience during our stay. We were stared at by five young men who seemed to be associated with the accommodation and constantly loitered in the communal garden area, asking us for cigarettes. We felt forced to retreat to our room, which was uncomfortably hot, and to make matters worse, the owner demanded 1500 rupees just to get the AC remote. To add to our discomfort, some of those guys even opened our ensuite bathroom window while I was inside without any clothes on. The night guard was very elderly, didn’t speak English, and offered no assistance. This was my first experience like this in Sri Lanka, and I am extremely upset that such harassment towards two women can happen without any repercussions.

The elderly gentleman was incredibly nice, friendly, and always wore a smile while helping us. The food was tasty, and the hostel is conveniently located just a short walk from the beach! My friends and I stayed for two nights and thoroughly enjoyed our time there. A big thank you to the family for making our stay so comfortable!

Situated in Kallady, Batticaloa, this place has tidy and well-maintained rooms, with room service offered. There's a swimming pool available, along with a one-hour package deal. They do not sell alcoholic beverages on-site, but you’re welcome to bring your own. The ambiance is quite pleasant and refreshing.

While it may not be the best option around, this place is definitely a cozy spot to rest. Unfortunately, the air conditioning wasn't functioning, and I found the bathrooms could use more space. The location is great, and the owner is very welcoming. Just a short walk away, you can catch a beautiful sunrise at the beach, which is surprisingly clean and calm. However, I don't think it's the best place for swimming.

The Resort boasts a prime location, just a short 5-minute tuk tuk ride from the center and close to the beach. We were greeted with a friendly welcome from the owner, who offered us a refreshing coconut as soon as we arrived. However, the resort doesn't have much to provide in terms of amenities.

Beni Beach Resort may not be the best choice for beginners or those who want a bit more comfort. However, if you’re after a simple room at a fair price, this might work for you. There's only one room with a private bathroom, while other guests have to share a common bathroom. Additionally, they don’t provide extra bed sheets or towels. The space is quite compact and straightforward.
