This place has a solid structure and good potential, yet it seems like they need to put in more work to enhance the dining experience. If they could invest in better staff training, create a more vibrant atmosphere, offer a wider selection in the buffet, and adjust their pricing to be more reasonable, it would make a significant difference.

This hotel is a lovely place to stay. The food was great, the rooms were comfortable, and everything went well during our visit. We had a delightful one-night stay and truly enjoyed it. The swimming pool was inviting with clean water. Overall, I had a very enjoyable experience at this hotel.

I attended a function at this hotel recently, and I was quite let down by my experience. The food was of subpar quality and tasted stale. Additionally, the cutlery wasn't cleaned properly, and I even discovered a small fly in one of the dishes.

I’m currently staying at this hotel, which is rated 4 stars, but I find it to be lacking and not worth the price. There’s a noticeable absence of welcoming gestures from the staff. The swimming pool is closed, and despite the advertisement claiming that a gym and spa are available, those facilities are not operational here.

We celebrated our first wedding anniversary with a High Tea at the Grand Bar. It was delightful and worth the cost. The staff, including Ajantha at the front desk and the barman, were very helpful. We truly enjoyed our experience! Thanks to everyone!
