The elderly woman working at the pharmacy is intentionally slow. She takes her time and seems indifferent to the customers. Her attitude negatively affects the hospital environment. I am really disappointed and recommend addressing her behavior, as patients rely on timely service.

We visited the hospital for a checkup on my infected wound, hoping to see if it was healing. However, there were no doctors available in the outpatient department, so we went to the emergency room. They placed us in a room and told us to wait. After waiting for thirty minutes, still no doctors or anyone came to check on us.

I cannot recommend this hospital for channelling. The way they manage queues is seriously lacking—there are no live queue numbers displayed, which results in staff skipping ahead and prioritizing future appointments over those of patients who are already waiting.

The nurse managing Dr. Mubarak's appointments is quite impolite and shouldn't be working in a setting where many patients are already feeling vulnerable and stressed. A cardiology unit should embody compassion, patience, and professionalism, yet the experience falls short.

We had a really disappointing experience here. We came in to have our baby's NG tube changed, but they bombarded us with countless questions and it took nearly an hour and a half for them to finally decide to make the change.
