I had a dental surgery appointment set for 2:00 PM, but I didn't get called in until around 4:00 PM. The two-hour delay without any proper communication was incredibly disappointing, especially for a scheduled medical procedure. I get that delays can occur, but patient time needs to be respected as well. I really hope management takes this feedback to heart and works on improving their appointment and waiting time management in the future.

I had my wisdom tooth taken out by Dr. Nadun, and it was a great experience. Although I was quite anxious due to the complexity of the situation, as the doctor described, he managed to complete the extraction in just 30 minutes. I felt no pain, just some minor discomfort. The medication provided afterward was effective in controlling the pain during my recovery, and everything healed without any issues. The doctor took the time to thoroughly explain the procedure and the associated risks before the surgery, and the staff were all very attentive, ensuring I was comfortable throughout. I highly recommend this clinic.
