I am extremely disappointed with the service at Lanka Hospital. We waited for hours, and after someone arrived, they spoke to the front desk, received a number after ours, yet somehow they were seen before us. This feels really unfair. We all take time off work to come here for our health checks, and this is what we have to endure.
