    Reliable courier with minor issues

    My experience at FedEx Express in Colombo was quite positive overall: the staff were friendly and the drop-off process was easy to navigate. My only small complaint is that parking was somewhat challenging and the facility seemed to need a little updating. Nevertheless, I would recommend it for dependable courier service.

    Avoid FedEx for urgent deliveries

    I strongly recommend against using FedEx for any urgent or emergency shipments from Sri Lanka to India. My letter was supposed to arrive in 5 days, but it took over 18 days instead. This delay completely messed up my plans and exceeded my time constraints. The package was critical, and FedEx didn't even meet basic service expectations. Communication was lacking, there was no accountability, and I received no reliable updates during the wait. For a courier that claims to specialize in urgent deliveries, this service is simply unacceptable. Think twice before choosing FedEx. From my experience, their service between Sri Lanka and India is very poor and unreliable. I am deeply disappointed and will never again use FedEx for important shipments.

    Exceptional Delivery Service

    I was pleasantly surprised by the level of service I received from this delivery company. When I reached out to inquire about my package, they went above and beyond to help me navigate the release process. They kept me updated on my package every step of the way until it arrived. The other staff members at the delivery center were also incredibly helpful when I went to pick up my package. Overall, everything was great. Thank you for your excellent service!

    FedEx Sri Lanka has excellent time management, especially when compared to DHL Sri Lanka! I appreciate that they managed to deliver on the same day as customs clearance. Keep up the great work!

    Frustrating refund experience

    I had to cancel my courier booking, and when I asked for a refund, they didn't take it into account. It's been over a month of trying to resolve this. Very disappointing experience.
