Exceptional Service from Tharushi

I stayed at this hotel recently and was impressed by a young woman named Tharushi in the management team. I’ve never encountered such kindness in a hotel before. Despite arriving with a lot on my mind, her warm demeanor helped me forget my worries by the time I left. As someone who works in the hotel industry myself, I admire this level of management. The food was also very tasty. I hold great respect for Tharushi and highly recommend this hotel—it’s a place you’ll want to return to time and again.

Wonderful Stay at Premium Cottage Hotel

We spent a night at Premium Cottage Hotel and had a fantastic experience. The environment was serene and soothing, and the hospitality was outstanding. Our room was clean, cozy, and well-kept. Breakfast was tasty with a nice selection of options. The customer service was consistently friendly and professional during our visit. Prices were fair considering the quality they offer. I highly recommend this place for anyone seeking a pleasant and comfortable stay.
